To validate the awarding of the Design and build of 4000 cubic meter per day Water Clarifier System and Upgrading of the Existing Filter Basin Project, Bislig City Water District's (BCWD) General Manager Menillo C. Siega and Mactan Rock Industries, Inc. (MRII) President Lito R. Maderazo inked the contract of the said project at the Office of the General Manager last April 12, 2010.
